I finally bit the bullet and purchased a Crankandstein 2A mill. I wanted to build a dedicated milling station for it where I could both weigh and mill grain. Here is what I came up with. For now, I'm using a Harbor Freight slow speed drill. Would like to upgrade to a gear motor at some point. But this should get me up and running. Excited to brew with fresh cracked grain!!!
