I emailed them as the malt analysis sheets are not posted on their website. Here's what they sent me (which I was able to plug into Beer Tools Pro, which calculated the fields which were not provided here, I would assume Beersmith to do the same):

Please find attched the specification sheet for Pale Ale Malt.
As I have no idea about the lot number I can only give the range of specifications. For yor calculations you should use the mean values in case of ranges given , or in case of min/max use the the value shown. For extract you can calculate with 81.0% dry matter.

for the pale ale malt though? I know the pils/vienna/munichs have good reviews

I've not personally used the pale ale malt, but I've heard from a few people they liked it. I can only personally vouch for the pils and wheat, which are both fantastic.
