Does anyone know of a US supplier that sells this kinds of yeast? It's a yeast for fermenting polish meads like the Dwójniak style that have a high concentration on honey per unit of water. I think it's also considered a hydrophobic yeast?
I need to buy some please help. Google hasn't been very helpful.

I don't know the origins, but Wyeast lists two of their strains as good for Malaga style wines. One of those might be suitable for you, perhaps. 4767 and 4783. Check out their origins.

And where did you hear about this yeast being hydrophobic? How does this supposedly affect fermentation?
