i'm no wine maker by any means we'll start with that. my Dad told me that he watched a video where a guy made wine with no yeast. He said that the sugar content was high enough in the grapes where it would automatically convert to alcohol. i brew beer, the only way thats gonna ferment is with brewers yeast, or with wild yeast(open fermentation.......lambics etc). is he looking at a "bacterial" fermentation. i'm having a hard time understanding his reasoning , someone help me out.

thanks

I am guessing, but maybe he doesn't know about wild yeast on the grapes.

Yeah hahah. No added yeast and no natural yeast are different things :p
remember that traditionally wine is made with no yeast too, bar that on the skins!
