I never want to do a stove top brew session again.

This is awesome. No more 3 gallon batches and taking an hour or more to get that little bit to boil. Strike water and sparge water heated in 20 minutes +/-. 6 gallons to a vigorous boil in 35...I should have done this years ago.

Back to my brewing and working on some homemade Belgians.
 
I started out using propane outside. I knew I was never going to get the results I wanted on my electric stovetop. My only experience brewing inside was with a friend before I started. Being outside is much more enjoyable and feels less like cooking and more like brewing.
