That looks delicious to me... Brew it.

Sent from my iPhone using the sweet Home Brew app, cuz I'm a ****** and I need everyone to know that I have an iPhone as if everyone else in the world doesn't have one.

There's a beer that I fell in love with at a brewpub in Boston. I'd characterize the beer as an American Pale Ale. Nice hoppy flavor and aroma, but not much on the bittering.. which suits my pallate perfectly. I followed up with the brewer and he gave me this recipe. The ingredients you have are close, but not an exact match.

I did a partial mash version of this that I just kegged last week. So far the flavor is good, but it's going to need at least another week or two to fully carb/condition.
