Hello all. I tried to keep the temp down for my imperial iPa clone but it was at about 70-74 through out its fermentation span (3 weeks, 4 days). I read that that was a little high. Will it just produce slightly off on the flavor? The yeast suggested 68 degrees. Tried to find the name of the yeast but can't right now. A California yeast. I'll try to get that info tomorrow.
