Lets get ON-topic out of the way first: Yea...made me laugh!

I've resorted to just putting together the top 2 ingredients and the category and/or style. It's tempting to to just pull out the old random 8 char password generator.

although the last two beers I marked PA and IPA on the bottle caps.

EDIT: That said...I did name my last 2 beers that are presently in the fermentors:
The first was to be a "Mozaic Promise clone," but decided later after buying the ingredients I didn't want 5 gal of it, so I changed up the recipe to give it more complexity and named it "Confounded Mozaic IPA."

The other was "Yoopers Oatmeal Stout," and later decided I didn't want 5 gal of stout, so changed up the recipe and made "Chinook of the North IPA."
