Lychee Honey

Hey guys. My wife has just been shopping and come home with muffins and lychee honey for breakfast!! Ive never seen this before and the first thing that came to mind was MEAD!! Anyone tried it?

Lychee is one fruit I've yet to try, how does the honey taste?

Lychee is one of my favourite fruits. The honey was lovely with a subtle taste of lychee. Might just go and get some today and give it a try!
