Love temp controllers issue

Long time lurker but first time poster here.

I recently found a Brutus ten up for sale near me fully built out for 650 and pulled the trigger. I'm having an issue with the love controllers. They correctly show the temperature of the probs but the controller is reversed (I.e. when I set a higher temp than the reading it turns off the gas but when I set a lower temp it turns on the gas to the burner). I've searched the forums and and seen some wiring diagrams but I haven't found anyone that's run into this issue which I assume is a wiring issue. Any ideas?

Which model Love controller?
I have a TSS2 in my collection and the output relays can indeed have their functionality inverted.
The specific settings are c1 and c2...
