Kegged first beer few days ago put no matter how hard I tried still had very small co2 leak from pin lock adaptor went to try tonight and out of co2 and now keg has no pressure I force feed it 30 three times and sat it on 10 not sure if ran out today is beer still going to be ok

Just make sure you fix your leak and it will be ok. The important thing for now is that you definitely flushed all the oxygen out of the keg. Sounds like you know where the leak is coming from. Spray the top of the keg with soapy water with everything hooked up as it should be to find the leaks.
