Hi All,

I'm a native of New Britain, CT and tend to look to history for inspiration on most beer and culinary projects. It just seems to have more meaning when you can tap into yours or your family's past. Here is a link with some information about the brewery and their beers:

I wanna make a beer similar to one of theirs.

Maybe someone knows recipes for the kinds of beers enjoyed in the late 10's to 40's. Resources are pretty slim. I thought if I could get an old bottle with beer still in it I could have it analyzed. Probably would cost me my first born, but that's where my head is. I'd love to get any input on the topic or any leads or links or anything else. It's all appreciated. Well, Happy New Year and enjoy your brews!
