I'm curious as to how much you should actually look into the bottle for signs of conditioning. My batch was a APA with 3 Gal getting brett c and 3 Gal getting brett b. Now that i've capped both of my batches i was wondering if you should be looking for or checking the bottles for activity.
I noticed today(close to the 3 week mark) that when I held up to bottle to the light there seemed to be little floating particles(i'm assuming yeast) in the beer. Normally i just let my beers sit and condition but i want to be careful with these ones so i don't get bombs.
Has anyone who has brewed a beer like this seen or had similar results?
