A local homebrew club is doing a SMaSH experiment and I've stepped up to tackle Summit. It's my 3rd all grain and first SMaSh so I'll I'm looking for some advice/input on my recipe.

3 Gal summit smash
7lbs Vienna Malt
.25oz Summit @ 60min 23 ibu
.50oz Summit @ 15min 23 ibu
.50oz Summit @ 10min 17 ibu
.25oz Summit @ 5min 5 ibu
1 pkg US-05
Mash 152 degrees 60 mins,
Est OG 1.056
Est FG 1.012,
Est ABV 5.8%

Any and all input is appreciated :mug:
