Need some suggestions. Been doing a lot of Hefeweizen and pale ale, looking for something different. Prefer simple drinkable brews, still pretty new to all grain. 5-6 gallon all grain batch in a RoboBrew. Supply includes:

Yeast
-US05 yeast

Grains
-8-9lbs of 2 row
-11 lbs of Munich malt
-2 lbs carapils
-1 lbs each of Crystal 15L, 40L, 60L, 75L and 120L
-1 lb Special B
-8 oz each of kiln coffee malt, dark chocolate malt and English roasted barley malt.

Hops include

8 oz mosaic
16 oz citra
4 oz nugget
4 oz liberty
2 oz centennial
2 oz Mt. Hood
1 oz Chinook

I have a great California common recipe that can be made with some of those ingredients.

8# 2-row
1.5# Munich
1# Crystal 15L

I would sub the normal hop choice of Northern Brewer for Liberty and do about 35 IBU's (1oz at 60/15/5 minutes or so).

Mash at 150° for an hour, then sparge (after lautering) for another 15 minutes.

This is a favorite of mine and a couple other members on HBT. I know, it's a type of pale ale but it's soooo good!
