Looking for Pelican Brewing Five Fin West Coast Pilsner recipe

Hello all,

I recently tried my first ever Pilsner, which was Five Fin by Pelican Brewing, defined as a "West Coast Pilsner." I was wondering if there are any clone recipes for this brew? On their website, it lists ingredients:

Centennial hops, Mandarina Bavaria hops, Sterling hops, Magnum hops, Great Western Pilsner malt, flaked barley, pure local water, pure lager yeast

and they describe the beer as

• Bright and Zippy
• Toasty Malt
• Tangerine and Spicy Hop Aroma
• Bold Hoppy Flavor

Obviously the ingredients are listed above but I am too new to brewing to determine the quantities/ratios of ingredients.
