Hello,
We are searching for potential partners with extensive brewing knowledge to bring to market a brand new type of start up in the craft brewing industry. We are located in southern New York, specifically Orange County. I am searching for bright brewers who are interested in building a new format for consumers to enjoy.
As this is an entirely new start up and concept if a party were interested and selected in working to create the premise they would be added to the LLC. as a significant equity and ownership holder. This person would then be essential in refining the start up concept with their brewing knowledge and be an active participant in working to secure investors. With this being the case we are not only searching for someone with brewing knowledge but also an individual with significant drive and business acumen.
The ideal candidate will have:
1) Significant experience with brewing processes and procedures.
2) A degree in or significant experience in a field such as finance, business, industrial engineering, systems engineering, brewing, etc.
3) Willingness to give input and challenge existing ideas about the start up by offering refined solutions.
4) Tenacity. We are in for the long haul in building a brand new concept. This will take somebody who can roll with the punches and get up if knocked down.
5) Someone who is willing to put the time in. Being that this is a start up, there will be long hours of preparing business model plans as well as preparing presentations to bring to potential investment groups.
6) Be local to the Southern New York/North or Central New Jersey area.
7) A love for beer.
