I'm shooting for a real hop forward aroma / taste, so I plan on throwing a metric crap ton of hops at it in the final 15 / dryhopping stage. Curious to see others thoughts.

Looks good to me, but if you want the hops to really shine you might consider simplifying the grist.

I would also consider maybe 2.5-2.7 volumes CO2 and mash a touch lower, say 150, to dry it out. Just my opinion though, it looks great as is. Amarillo-Cascade is a fantastic combo.
 
Honestly, I never even adjusted the CO2 vols, they defaulted there.

I do most of my IPA mashes in the 150 - 151 range, and am contemplating the higher mash for just a little more mouth feel to accentuate the marris otter/ victory. I'm hoping to make the hops shine but have a strong malt backbone, thus the grist that I worked up.
 
There is no need for the rice hulls. This is an all barley malt grist, so you should not have an issue with a stuck sparge. I have only ever used rice hulls when I include wheat in my brews.

I also think the amounts of hops you are planning for the dry hopping are excessive. There is a point above which you simply are not going to be getting anything extra by adding more hops. I believe it was in the "Hops" book that there is the statement that sometimes "less is more."
