Hey all! I am by all means a newbie homebrewer, but I'm about ready to try to put together a Winter Brew. I've read a little about some good recipes involving orange, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other seasonal flavors, but I have yet to find a comprehensive recipe including methods of handling specific ingredients. I've heard that (depending on the ingredients) it could take up to six months or so to fully mature, so if I get on it now, it would be ready by December 22 or so...
When I get some responses to this post regarding the Winter Brew Recipe, I'll try to put together a solid recipe and then submit it to the "Recipes" section.
