Though I'm still somewhat new to the all-grain process, I would like to start the move from using other people's recipes to crafting recipes of my own.
I've found some great resources on hops and their given traits/characteristics (usahops.org and the iPhone app "Hopularity" have been great), but I'm also looking for a source that would provide nice details/specifics about the wide variety of grains and specialty malts.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
