Looking for a recipe for an "abbey ale" which could mean all sorts of things! Looking for 5.5%-6.5% ABV. Not too hoppy but the typical spicey/sweet taste of a Belgian. Light or dark color, doesn't matter. Belgian yeast, candi sugar, etc.
Kind of a weak dubbel I guess. Extract with specialty grains if possible but I can convert all grain if need be.
Thanks!
