Does anyone have a recipe for the long trail tram ale. They make it special for Jay Peak ski resort. Maybe if anyone has tried it and could take a guess to what the recipe could be or what kind of ale it is, that could help also. Thanks

Not a clone recipe, strictly speaking, but based on the notes and reviews from Beer Advocate and other altbier recipes. Might provide a place to start.

Volume 5 gallons
Brewhouse efficiency 75%

Fermentables
4.5 lbs. Pale two-row
4.5 lbs. Munich
3 oz. C60L
3 oz. Roasted barley
3 oz. Brown sugar

Hops
0.5 oz. Spalt, FWH
0.5 oz. Spalt, 60 min.
0.5 oz. Spalt, 30 min.
0.5 oz. Spalt, 15 min.

Yeast
Altbier or Koelsch

OG 1051, FG 1013, SRM 13, IBU 28

Lightens the finished product slightly (it's mostly fermentable), and gives a hint of rich, sweet, brown-sugary flavor.
