Started brewing almost 8 years ago, using basic equipment procured from work, friends, and DIY. 55+ 5 gallon batches brewed to date, ranging from Pilsners to a Pliney clone, and recently a few hard seltzers. Living now in SWFL, and learning some new tricks as I can. HBT has been a great source of info for many years. Love using Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops, along with the C hops, and trying to find that perfect combo for NEIPA or IPA. It's like searching for the lost shaker of salt....
