I have been browsing the forums for as long as I have been brewing (5 years) and finally I have a question no one has (seemingly) asked. My recent recipes are over at Hopville. On average twice a month I brew two five gallon AG and or partial mash batches at a time. So I usually have 10-30 gallons of beer in fermenters at any given moment. Right now I'm brewing on a gas stove top in 7.5 gal kettles; I wan't to go 10 gal gallon batches and use electric with the next setup but unfortunately that's not in the budget or a while.
