So, I got home from work yesterday and found a nice present that the mailman had left me sitting on the front stoop. It was my grain/yeast order for a Marzen I plan to make this week. Problem is, it was -10 c all day yesterday and the package was sitting outside. The yeast (wlp820) isn't frozen solid, but its cold. Do you guys think it's dead? I will try making a starter, but I'm not holding out hope for this one.
