Hey all!
Well I have given the last winter ale a nice home (my tummy). I cant wait till christmas next year to get more! Every year Granville Island Brewery out of vancouver bc makes a very nice winter ale. The discribe it as a Robust ale with a vanilla like finish. I realy like this beer! Any one have any suggestions on an all grain recipie that might duplicate this beer?
