Hey Gang,

I love reading the posts. I just racked my recipe to the secondary. Anxiously waiting for the beer.

Would love some feedback on the recipe.

2.73 KG Canadian Brewers Pale Malt; Beeston
2.48KG English 2-Row
.010KG Chocolate Malt 40.L
32g Challenger pellets (60min)
28.3g Willamette(15)
28.3 Willamette (2)
1968 esb Yeast

34.7 IBU
15.26 colour
5.4 alcohol

Hopefully, this turns out. First time making an all grain. So far so good!
