Taking suggestions:
I got 10 gallons from a local spring, gave it a test, and turned up these numbers.
Mineral Levels in mg/l (ppm):
Ca+2=35
Mg+2=27
Na+=24
Cl-=16
SO4-2=4
HCO3-=156
pH at time of testing=7.3 @ 67F
Altitude=4600' approximately
What should we BIAB?
Method: 4 gallon mash, no sparge. 2.5 gallons finished product, bulk primed/keg conditioned.
