Leftover time, so making a recipe and input wanted(not having anything near to buy extras, this is what i have to work with)

1 coopers draught kit
1 kg of Amber Dme
Thinking of adding 250g of brown sugar.

have some brewers gold and spalt select hops to flavour if needed.

adding cinnamon to my bottling bucket(in the priming sugar mix) for flavour, how much?

Got bored and went ahead:
Coopers Draught kit 1.7 kg
Muntons amber dme 1 kg
brown sugar 500 g
Spalt select 20g
coopers kit ale yeast.

Boiled 1 kg amber dme with the sugar and 20g Spalt select for 5 minutes.
poured into bucket, added the kit malts to the hot water, then added cold water up to 23 liters.
Kit yeast in and we'll see where it goes, it's already bubbling happily.
Starting gravity 1.048.

Planning to let it be in the fermenter for about 2 weeks, then i will prime using 3 dl boiled water with 120g sugar and maybe 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon powder mixed in.

Wasn't too bad, it's a while ago, but my tasting notes were decent and some people really liked it.

the cinnamon added a nice note.

I will give the cinnamon a try on a 5 gallon batch going to be starting 2 or 3 In the next day or two for May long weekend have a batch of coopers Pilsner to bottle and a batch of coopers lager I'm drinking
