I have 1 oz of whole Centennial hops and 2 oz of Nelson Sauvin pellet hops. Dont know what to brew with this mix of hops.

Really wanted to brew a Widmer Drifter Clone but it seems they use either Warrior or Summit hops in addition to NS.

Any ideas on good recipes using these two hops together. Would like to dryhop with the hops even if I had to go to the store for a bit more.

I never knew they used NS in Drifter. They're my favorite hops.

I brewed up a quasi-clone of their O Ryely IPA last. including the dryhops ill add in a few days theres about 4.5 oz Nelson Sauvin.

If you pick up more hops, you can make a nice Nelson ipa or pale ale.
I also have a Nelson saison recipe, but that wouldnt use up the Centennial.
