Leave ring of sediment alone?

I brewed my first batch of beer from a True Brew kit (IPA) three days ago. Everything seems to be going according to plan, but there's a pretty large ring of sediment in the carboy, most of which appears to be the dissolved hop pellets. Question: should I leave this alone, or should I swish the brew around in the carboy to clean it off the sides? See attached pic, and thanks for your advice.

Leave it be..that's just from the krausen that has already settled and that's what it left behind.
