Lavender Beer; The Girlfriend Project

So my girlfriend has taken a recent interest in my brewing hobby; mainly because she's always wanted me to make her a lavender beer. So now I'm stuck with this idea she has: a light colored, light ABV beer.

I've been racking my brain for a solution; this is what I've come up with.

the bruery has a wit beer made with lavender that i think tastes awful, one of the worst beers i've ever had, but it does get a 98% on ratebeer so somebody likes it. http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/the-bruery-orchard-white/86539/

Upland in Bloomington, IN dry hops their black ipa with lavender. Its wonderful.

Be careful with lavender a little goes a long way in my experience.
The last time I used it the beer turned out pretty good. I don't have my notebook handy so I am not 100% sure on this but this is the recipe.
2 lbs wheat dme
1 lbs light DME
8oz flaked oats steeped
1 oz brammling cross 30 min
1 tbsp lemon zest 10 min
1 tsp lavender 5 min

It was a 2 gallon batch. It really needs some caramel malt in it to sweeten it up. I think next time I brew I would use S-05 instead for a cleaner flavor.
