Its been just short of one month on S05 yeast and I've still got quite a bit of krausen that doesn't seem like its going to dissapate. Should I just keg it and hope to not get the krausen in my keg? Maybe give the carboy a swirl?
My first batch with Nottingham came out find with the same frementing conditions.
