I have brewed a few of extract kits before, mostly Coopers. I did my first all grain an Saturday. Everything went great. It's fermenting along nicely. My question is, when I did the extract kits, it seems that the kraeusen would get huge, usually 4"-5". On this batch of all grain, the kraeusen looks great, but is only about maybe 1" thick. Is this ok, or does it need to go crazy high?
