Pulling together what I have to brew a beer this week. I have just under 5 lbs of 2 row and under a pound of the following..
Caramunich
Special b
Biscuit
Aromatic
Honey
Victory
And an unlabeled black malt of some kind. It's either chocolate, roasted or black barley.

I have a lb+ of centennial hops plus some cluster hash.

Using a slurry of sa05

Any ideas would be great. I'm down to do a 2.5 gallon stove top batch since it's not a lot of grain. I also have flaked oats and coffee in the pantry.

4lbs two row
half pound of victory
Quarter pound of the caramunich
Quarter pound of honey malt

Bitter with the cluster hash (if thats a thing)
Late addition of about half an ounce of that centenial. 5 minutes or at flameout

Shoot for 15-20 IBUs total

Put all 2-row together with half a pound each of specialty malts, except Black malt. Reduce that to around 1/4 pound, use Westmalle/Chimay strain and make yourself a tiny Belgian Dark Strong Ale. :)
