I am planning on getting a Blichmann G2 with a boilcoil to do extract batches. I am not sure if I want to get a false bottom and use whole hops, get a hop blocker and use pellet hops or get a hopback/filter between the kettle and chiller. I plan to use a pump from the kettle through a counter flow chiller to the fermenter. Any suggestions?
