So, I have a pallet or so of Club Mate coming into NYC.
I was thinking of ear marking a case or so to just fill a 5 gallon keg.
Couple questions. If i just pour .5L bottles of the stuff into a keg, pressurize, and off gas it a bit. Will that hold out well ( beer like )?
Cleaning a mate soda out of a keg shouldn't be radically different than beer should it?
Thoughts?
