Kegco Regulator pressure adjustment knob stuck!

I just unboxed a Kegco 3 tap kegerator and trying to get it all setup. Connect the Co2 tank and turn it on...get good pressur.

Go to set output pressure and the knob won’t turn at all! it Does have a ring near the bonnet that could be a locking ring but it doesn’t turn either! Anybody got experience with this regulator or got any ideas to try? Of course the company is closed until Monday and I wanted to use it this weekend.

You need to loosen that locking ring one way or the other...

I put a wrench on it and broke the locking ring loose....it was tightened all the way down extremely tight!

Got everything hooked up and enjoying my first beer!
