I have all of my kegging stuff (minus the serving lines) here, but the CO2 filling place isn't open until Tuesday. I'd REALLY like to get another batch brewed (I'm worried my ingredients are close to going bad), and can't until I get at least one batch out of the bucket and into a keg (or bottles, but since I have the keg(s) I'd really like to use it).

Is it a problem to leave the beer in the keg for a few days uncarbonated and unsealed? Is it much different than transferring to a bright tank/secondary?

I know I could prime the keg (assuming the lid seals), but I'd like to not have all the sediment in the bottom.
