I am in the process of setting up a keg as a mash tun. I have found the false bottoms, and valves. (need bigger mash tun and less room on brew cart) Just haven't picked it up yet. It looks to me like there isn't a hell of a lot of room in the bottom of the keg to have the valve under the false bottom. So how are you all doing it? Please keep it KISS for me. Pictures would be nice also. Thanks.
 
You either use a dip tube that siphons from the bottom through the false bottom or you use a raised false bottom and drain from below. You could also drain from the bottom like I do. Check my sig one for pics of the latter.
 
The second post down in this link shows a good pic of a false bottom with a dip-tube. I made mine like pickles with the keg upside down so I could drain out of the bottom.
 
Pickles wish I had seen your keg before I cut mine a few months ago!
