no, no, no...i mean like grow a bunch of males, and stick a bee hive next to the field honey. lol
 
well, that's what i'm sayin 'male' plants. completly useless for cones, but it'd fun for a mead. i know no one would ever grow a field of males to make honey, but it'd cool if they did. and i'd never be able to afford it anyway.
 
I don't think it'll work too well. The hop compounds we want are present in the cones, and are usually made available with heat (boiling). Unless I'm missing what you're trying to achieve with the honey? :D
 
just a random thought. no one's ever going to actually grow a an entire field of male hop plants just to make honey. but i thought it'd be cool if they did! just for curiositys sake.
