Just ran a run of mash through my still. Made my cuts and its smooth as silk. Its going to make some fine bourbon in the future. Biab is so nice for mashing. I love the clean up and being able to move my wort straight into my fermentor and not have to ferment on the grain. I think its smoother tasting not fermenting on the grain.

We ain't supposed to talk about stillin' as it's illegal. Expect this to be removed by admin soon.
