Well I recently registered after reading a couple years. I've actually been brewing about 15 years, but recently ramped it up a notch.
Anyhow I do mostly 95% grains and like to shoot for the higher gravity Belgiums. My target is Duvel and though I've got close, never hit the mark.
I live in southwest MO on Table Rock Lake, pretty much the sahara desert of beerdom unless you cook it yourself.
