Just got 6 pounds of random hops!

Just got a pound of Columbus, cluster, tettnanger, glacier, nugget, and willamette hops. Now what to do with them? Ideas?

Brew tons of BEER! duh.

but seriously using a pound each of the noble hops can be tough unless you are brewing large volumes, at least for traditional styles. I love Columbus and Willamette in most of my beers. perhaps a Nugget Nectar clone?

Yeah I may have to get creative. Somehow I need to make them work together... So I can get more hops!

I just finished a Pale Ale that I hopped with only Columbus......it was excellent!

Willamette makes great bitters, special bitters, extra special bitters, and old ales. I always buy it by the pound. Yum yum!
