Just finished bottling my first batch and had about a pint left over to enjoy. Even though it was flat and warm, it was awesome because I made it!

Besides the 1 bottle Im giving a friend for his bday tonight, the rest are tucked away nicely in the closet for 3-4 weeks. I also made a 12 oz bottle to taste after 2 weeks. The rest are 22oz.

That first sample I took out of the fermenter after a week in the primary of the first brew I made may have been the best sip of beer I ever had.
