John Bull

I just put together 1/4 of a John Bull cider kit. I'm a newbie, I've got two gallons of cider on the go that I used pressed juice for, but I thought I would give a kit a go as well. I have to say, that in comparison to the pressed juice concoction, it smells and looks pretty nasty! Lol

Has anyone else used kits for cider?
