This is my first time brewing a recipe I made, and I was looking for input especially on the hop schedule. I love the spicy, floral notes that many Czech-style pilsners have, and whenever I drink them, I always get a slight jasmine tea on the palate. Therefore, I wanted to use that as inspiration and make a more robust version by brewing an APA using Sterling and Saaz hops with a late addition of jasmine tea leaves. (batch size 5.5 gal)

Malts:
- 2 Row pale malt (87.5%)
- Crystal 40L (8.3%)
- Caramel Wheat (4.2%)

- I have the recipe set up with 2 row but I might switch to pilsner, thoughts?
- caramel wheat is for head retention

Hop Schedule:
- Sterling 0.5 oz @ 40 min
- Sterling 0.5 oz @ 30 min
- Sterling 1.5 oz @ 10 min
- Saaz 2 oz @ 5 min
- Saaz 1 oz @ 0 min

- What are your thoughts on the scheduling?
- Any adjustments you would recommend?

Jasmine:
- loose leaves dry addition 5.5 oz for 12 hours 2 weeks into fermentation

Yeast:
- Safale American US-05

Targets:
- 1.057 OG
- 36 IBUs (tea will bring some additional)
- 9 SRM
- 6% ABV

Maybe find a way to combine the 40 and 30 min adjustment. Seems redundant and you could go with one bittering charge at either 30 or 40.
