Popped the cap on a bottle tonight. They've been carbonating for a week. I wanted to see how carbonation was going. Happy to report they're carbonating perfectly. Figure about there more weeks then in the fridge for a week.

I am stoked and planning my honey wheat for March!

Nice! Gotta love it. How did it taste? A couple more weeks in the bottle to condition and you will be set!

It was slightly yeasty at the front and a good brown ale finish. I had a glass out of the bottling bucket last week and it was great, so I'm expecting great things from this batch. I'm sure the flavor will turn around in a few weeks.
