The frame is just about done and after a little grinding will be ready for paint tomorrow. I also have to weld on two more pieces of strut for mounting my rims tube.

Shields for the ball valve and sight glass on a gas fired rig- forward thinking!

Got a ss control box today for free from the control guy at work. And it even already has my pump switch holes predrilled for me lol, just have to make some pid openings. It will be a real nice box with a little bit of polishing. I welded all my couplings in on the BK and put one in on the lid for when I transfer from the MLT so I can keep the lid on it to get her boiling faster.

Yes and no, its more of a sight glass but the propeller in it gives you a good idea of how fast the liquid is moving. We use them on domestic hot water rec systems to make sure there is flow so when I saw an extra one I grabbed it.

Very nice looking rig! I wish I had your welding skills.....keep up the fantastic work! :mug:

Well after looking at your bar I wish I knew how to work with lumber better very nice, some major skills there. And what looks like a bad ass basement. My bar is just stainless topped I like the old log look a lot better. By the way I have better signs now lol and there are taps in there my camera is small.

Thanks man, much appreciated. I'm going for the same rustic look for my brewing room as well. I have a few other threads floating around that cover my other builds. Your bar looks awesome.....you can never go wrong with the look of stainless steel! :mug: I will say that the conical in the corner looks really out of place......I'll take off your hands. ;) Seriously....it look great!

I get a discount from them through my company so what I couldn't find in the shop I bought from them. Need to get your camlock prices down a bit couldn't beat bargain fittings on those lol.

I hear ya, i checked Dixon valve and even buying at cost as an employee Bargain smokes the pricing. I havent found a cheap china source yet.

It's time for an upgrade on my bruh sculpture, I now have about one third of the parts I need to do what I want and tri clamp. With the rest of the other tri-clamp parts on their way. My flow diagram is made up and I'm going to start fabricating and welding tomorrow. Just couldn't stand having cam lock fittings and hoses anymore. And making the 80 quart boil kettle the new mash tun and have a 120qt new boil kettle coming tomorrow. Had 1" threaded fittings welded in and am drilling them out to 1 1/2" tri-clamp ferrules since they are 1 inch compatible

Wow. Very awesome skills brother. Love the way you built that sparge arm and all that sanitary piping is killer. Total stainless porn.
