ITC-308 Plus with 12 inch stainless steel probe, DC CORD

The function is the same with ITC-308 Thermostat. But the NTC Sensor Probe is longer than the itc-308's. ITC-308 Plus's probe is 12 Inch. It is DC cord.

Are any of the Inkbird probes saltwater safe for continuous use?
If not, can we replace any probe with a probe like this?

Thanks for your questions. We have reflected this issue to our sensor supplier. And they advised us to use this 12Inch sensor which is food grade stainless. We also take the experiment for the original sensor and this type sensor in different liquid environment. The experiment data will be released in one month.

PS: You can't replace the sensor. Otherwise the data will be not correct.
